The greatest generation - and my parents were part of it. Hard-working, lived good, decent lives. As much as I miss them everyday I'm so glad they aren't here to see the mess our country has become.

Seventy - One Years Ago
Seventy-one years ago my parents eloped on December 6th - the next day Pearl Harbor was bombed by the Japanese. Their honeymoon cut short, their lives and the world changed forever.
The greatest generation - and my parents were part of it. Hard-working, lived good, decent lives. As much as I miss them everyday I'm so glad they aren't here to see the mess our country has become.
