Yesterday we took the ferry and monorail to Epcot for another day of fun. We had reservations for the "Candlelight Processional" narrated by Neal Patrick Harris.
As usual it was a beautiful day sunny and warm. We took a day pack with us stuffed with jackets for the cooler night.
Our dinner reservations were at the German Biergarden restaurant - our first time eating there. We learned at arrival that seating was public at long tables (thank goodness with comfortable chairs) so we were disappointed you didn't have your own private dining experience. Luckily we had a very nice older couple sit with us. The food was good but by the time we left the buffet it had cooled off. We had entertainment by a German band during dinner.
After dinner we got into a very long line for people with reservations for the Candlelight Processional. We didn't have to worry we had good seats to watch the excellent Christmas program.
After the program we had some hot chocolate and a split a gingerbread cookie before walking over to the reserved area for watching the fireworks - "IllumiNations - Refections of Earth". The viewing was great - the fireworks were right in front of us.
We returned to Ft. Wilderness via monorail and ferry at 11 PM. A long day but an enjoyable one.
Enjoy some photos of Epcot.
Sandy, you and Jeff look great. And it looks like you're having a fabulous time. xo
