I fell in love with the crocheted trimmed pillowcases on the very talented rose hip's blog. She inspired me with her beautiful and colorful fabrics and yarn to try my hand at adding crochet trim.
I was surprised when I found a pair of vintage pillowcases in my linen drawer with this pretty tiny purple flowers pattern and thought they would be so pretty crocheted with purple cotton yarn. I'm a beginner crocheter and have tried a few times to work with thread without any success. So for now I work with yarn. One pillowcase down and one more to go.
Wish me luck!
Sandy!!!! Fabulous....

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing your Disney photos. You weren't all so far from me. Yes, we've had lots of gray days this season. Glad you had fun anyway.
