After a day at the Disney parks we like to relax. So we had a "do nothin' day" yesterday.
We rode around in our golf cart up and down all the camping loops, drove over to the camp stores for groceries, zipped up again to fill my refillable mug and had another yummy meal at Trails End restaurant. See the pretty Christmas tree by the restaurant! Hubby was a sweetie and put new really cute Disney decals on our van bathroom window.
Starting today we won't have a golf cart again until Saturday. Originally we were going to one of the resorts over Thanksgiving because the campground was filled. But upon arriving at Ft Wilderness we were able to bridge our gap and stay. But no golf cart was available - all were rented out.
So we did all our running around yesterday and stocking up on food. Today I'm doing the laundry. And we'll just relax around here.
Everyone be safe out there for the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.

Our Day at Hollywood Studios
We spent yesterday at Hollywood Studios. We have never seen this park as busy and crowded as it was yesterday.
We drove our van over to the park and parked in the RV area. We arrived at 10:30 am (early for us) and walked back to Toy Story Mania to get a fast pass. We didn't think we would get one with the park as full as it was already but we still had to try. The fast pass return time - at an hour and a half after the park open - was already for the evening hours. Needless to say we didn't get a fast pass as we had no intention of staying that long. The regular wait line for the attraction was already 80 minutes.
Since we had lunch reservations at noon we decided to skip our favorite attraction and went on the Great Movie Ride attraction instead. After the ride we had time to look at all the celebrity signatures in the cement out front. Next we visited the Walt Disney Museum and then walked over for lunch at the Hollywood Brown Derby.
We had a very delicious lunch and highly recommend the Hollywood Brown Derby - the service is excellent but beware it is expensive. Notice in the photo that the wall lamps have brass brown derbies for lamp shades! All the famous stars dined at the original Brown Derby in Hollywood especially in the 30s and 40s - it was the place to be seen at and as many business deals were made there (I'm sure) as meals served.
After lunch we visited some shops and then made our way back to our van. With such a big lunch we had left overs from our take-out meal the previous evening for supper.
We had another fun day at Walt Disney World.

The Perfect Couple
No, it's not Hubby and I.
It's....
Mickey & Minnie Mouse!
Or maybe it's Lady and the Tramp!
Who's your perfect couple?
